5. Repeat custom. Once the consumer associated the operator’s site with a cleaner, environmental friendly place to visit in relation to their personal cleansing requirements then there is a strong likelihood that they shall target these sites over competitor’s sites. The benefit of more consumers through an operator’s site obviously adds to the opportunity of increasing sales within other retail areas on the site.
