General Questions

1. Are we locked into a long term contract?
With the exception of a exclusivity package there are no ‘lock in’ clauses. We are in the service business… and if you are not completely satisfied with the service we are providing, we’ll remove our machines upon request. Our simple machine placement agreement provides you with the freedom to give us 30-day cancellation notice at any time.

2. Does it cost me anything to sign up?
Absolutely nothing…all you have to do is provide space for the machine. We will never send you an invoice or bill you for anything. In fact, it’s just the opposite…we pay you a commission on every pound sold through the machine. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR VENDING MACHINE PLACEMENT. We install, stock, and maintain the machines.

3. What is the installation process?
Once you have signed up, we will send a local representative from our offices to survey your location to determine the best location to place the machines. Within approximately two weeks, a machine will be delivered to your location. Once the machine is placed your regular route driver will fill the machine.

4.How often will a driver visit my location?
As frequently as needed based on sales volume.

5. When will I receive my commission cheque?
Commission cheques are mailed on the 15th of each month for the sales during the prior month. Depending on when your machine is placed and filled, you may not receive your first commission cheques until the 2nd or 3rd month depending on the collection cycle. For example, if your machine is placed at the end of January, and the first collection is in February, you will receive your first commission in March for the money that we collected from the machine in February.

6. How much money in commission can I expect?
Our national commission payment ranges between 15% to 25% of gross profit, however your commission of course depends on the volume of sales and quantity of machines.

7. What types of problems might I expect from the machine?
Vending machines generally run without any problems, however, from time to time break downs occur. The most frequently reported problem is that the machine takes money but does not give a ‘Pink’. This is generally due to a coin jam. But no matter what the problem, we will fix it as soon as possible to make sure that your machine is back in service. We know that it is inconvenient for you to have a problem with your machine. It is in both of our best interests to keep your machine working all the time…because every minute the machine is down, we’re both losing money.

8. Are we liable for any damages to the machine?
None whatsoever. All you do is provide the space for the machine. If the machine is continually damaged or vandalized we may choose to remove it and terminate services.

9. Why can’t I find ‘Pinks’ at Companies House?
’Pinks’ is only the trading name of our product and is owned by our ‘Sd2 ltd’ company. Accounting and registration details of ‘Sd2 ltd’ can be found through Companies House.

1. Vending Machine Malfunctions
At ‘Pinks’ we pride ourselves on our machine maintenance program. We strive to ensure that our machines are in top-notch working order at all times. If, however, you notice that a machine is not working properly, either fill out the customer contacts form on our web site or give us a call at ‘0044 1482 669014. We will send a service technician out to the location ASAP to correct the problem. We’ll also issue you a refund, if necessary.

2. Who do I call if there is a problem with the machine?
Simply call us at 0044 1482 669014 and we will work with you to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. We are aiming to complete most refills and repairs within 48 hours depending on the time of day you call in your request. And if there is a problem that will take longer - we will communicate with you every step of the way.

3. What do I do when money is lost in the machine?
Occasionally, one of our machines may accept your money but not give you anything in return. If this happens, you may either fill out the customer contacts form on our web site or give us a call at ‘0044 1482 669014’ and we will cheerfully refund your money as quickly as possible.
